I second using barkeepers friend. Works much much better on stainless than tsp and starsan (looking at you ssbrewtech). The comment about doing a dry run with water after cleaning and rinsing is a good one. Serve a blind sample of the water to someone and see if they taste anything.

After a few less than stellar bottle conditions, I had gotten into the habit using the Danstar yeast that Revvy recommends. I considered it cheap insurance and never looked back. Kegging now so no longer an issue.

I should be able to just fill it on a low profile dolley and push it right into the fridge. Based on the contrucstion, I might even be able to CO2 push the finished product back out when fermentation is complete.

Those were one option I was looking at. The only things I don't like about them are that I'd have to space them off the floor to get them over the compressor hump and getting the seam between the lid's collar and the tank clean.

I have a couple beers in mind that I'd like to be able to brew in 10 gallon batches but have been limited in finding a fermenter shaped in a way that would allow it to fit into my mini fridge fermentation chamber. It has always baffled me why there are not more rectangular shaped fermenters...

markstache, do you have a picture of your setup? I'm trying to figure out the best way to connect the lines to the pump. I've got the jumpers to clean all my lines at once and this seems like a good way to go for pushing cleaner.
