Is the mash-tun still available?

Bottled 8 gal of Honey Hefeweizen Friday evening, till I ran out of bottles. Got up early Saturday and brewed 13 gal of Belgian Wit with Orange zest and coriander.

What is the harm in overpitching yeast?

I was impatient, did 2 weeks in primary, 2 days cold crash, and 1 week in the bottle. It was delicious that young and getting better. Wife's favorite so far.

Do y'all do a full cooler/mash tun conversion? or is there another method that works better with BIAB in the cooler? I have been thinking about switching to the cooler mash tun.

My question is not argumentative, I am just curious as to why you would not want to sparge at all? Aren't there lots of ferment-able sugars and tons of flavor to be rinsed out of the grain? I'm kinda new to this and am just curious.
