    Yeast amount

    I make a batch of oatmeal stout last night. I brew one gallon batches. When I pitched the yeast ( safale s-04) I looked at the pack and it indicated that the total in the pack was 11.5 g for 20 to30 liters. So I pitched just over 2 g of the yeast in my primary. Will that be enough?
