    It sure wasn't, two days later and it's down to 1.028. I think in two more days it should reach full attenuation.

    So I just did my first batch using BRY-97 last sunday afternoon. It`s an imperial IPA, with initial OG of 1.082 which, according to Beersmith, should come down to 1.021 using this yeast strain. I mashed at 152.5F, pitched the yeast, two packs of 11g that I did not rehydrate, at a wort...
