    I misread the directions. I was supposed to keep the temp. at 60 - 64 degrees for 3 days, then for a week between 48 - 60 degrees. What I did was kept it at 64 degrees for 10 days. It is now in the basement at 54 degrees. I'm supposed to bring it back to room temp. for 24 hours then put in cold...
