"Leftovers"... best choice recipe to use most of them?

I just did an inventory of my leftovers and will post them below. I'm an 'juicy' IPA drinker and my wife likes 'simple yellow beer'....that being said I also enjoy dark saisons and dark malty stouts. I know I will need to order some ingrediants to go with a recipe, but I do want to use these...

Any brewers in the Conway Area?

I only buy in bulk... LOL I tried buying thru the Fort Smith group but it never helped so I just order all of my grain in bags and all of my hops by the pound...it makes for lots of beer to drink before it goes bad, but heck... I'm retired and my wife likes to help...

Eric, the guy that started this thread, and I both do BIAB after many years of full blown all grain. It has made our brew day much easier. I also build a nasty electric 20 gallon pot with an ammo box controller for 10 gallon batches...Eric is about to finish his 25 gallon kettle and do the...

that's some nice equipment... most of us just brew it in whatever we can find for cheap. :( Eric and I both us gas for most of our beers but have just started using home made electric rigs on days the gas would be a problem. Best of luck to you!

Not Your Mom's Apple Pie recipe?

thanks... I figure the juice will make it finish dry so I should likely mash higher, like 156-158? I did see one recipe where they added a couple of sliced apples (in a bag) to a secondary for about 4 days, then removing them and waiting another week before cold crashing and bottling... but...

Not Your Mom's Apple Pie recipe?

I have searched as well as I know how and not found a good recipe for this ale. My wife and I picked up a 6 pack last week and really liked it...which is a big thing as we never like the same beer. I would love to make a 5 gallon batch to take on a trip mid July where we all share our latest...
