I did. It was fairly easy to do and they turned out good. I was even able to find a lot of 10 plates with the numbers I needed for 4 taps.

I was using a bucket for fermenting at the time (recently upgraded to SS Brew Bucket) so I don’t think a picture would be helpful. I didn’t see any changes in fermenting temperature, but the light issue didn’t occur to me until a week into it. Much of the active fermentation was likely already done.

I had a similar concern and used some reflectix that I had left over from insulating my kettle during mash. Seemed to work and looked nice.

I recently purchased my first SS fermenter and ended up going with the brew bucket only because it fit my fermentation chamber (wine fridge). Otherwise I would have gone with the Anvil and saved the money.

Thanks for the help. It is surprising how much the fan helps. I am seeing 10 degrees cooler after I run it for a couple hours! It is strange that the fan gets so loud when the door is closed, however they aren't expensive, so I will be picking up a new one soon to see if it is any quieter.

I tried the fan and it worked, got it 3 degrees cooler then it has ever been in a short amount of time. I used a salvaged pc fan and a 12 volt power supply. My concern is that the fan got louder after it ran for 30 minutes or so. I don't know if it is just old or had more trouble pushing...
