    fermentation stuck on done ?

    was trying for a dry wine using welch's grape juice ..used EC-1118 yeast and nutrient did a proper hydration every thing started and did really well. the OG was around 1.115 stopped at 0.260. tryed to restart with 1118 and more nutrient...nothing... if that it will it noe see 0.990 ?
