Attached is a photo of my stuck fermentation. It is clearly an infection of some kind that is retarding the yeast. What is it? How can I correct it, and can I save this wine? Thanks, [email protected]

I mentioned earlier in my Melton Hill vineyard post that the small red grapes were not fermenting and instead formed a while sum like film on top. I never had this problem in 40 years of wine making and wonder if insecticide used early in the year may have killed the new yeast?
