    RIS fermentation stuck at 1.050 gravity

    I brewed an RIS about three weeks ago at an OG of about 1.107 and it's stuck at 1.050. This is about .024 off of the estimated FG.     Under-attenuated Pliny clone?

    I just recently finished up my Pliny clone. OG of 1.070 and FG of 1.015. The OG is spot on for Pliny, but to get to 8% the FG would need to be less than 1.010.
