    How many generations have you taken WLP090?

    I think 090 is a great yeast. It always works very fast for me and leaves a very neutral tasting beer. (I'm into about the 5th gen) I'm surprised Yooper is not a fan, I can only imagine she must have had a bad experience with the brew she made with it.

    Cream Ale Fizzy Yellow Beer

    I don't know why but I keep getting drawn to Yooper's recipes! Her Ruination Clone I made was outstanding. Today I did the Fizzy Yellow. More or less the same recipe, just added a bit of Munich and used WLP060 instead of US-05. Has anybody else tried it with this yeast?
