    Mold?

    I have a Pilsner fermenting and noticed this black material in the stopper, and the krausen was more green than I’m used to. There’s no other sign of infection (pellicle) and it smells generally fine. Thoughts?

    Airlock fell out

    So, I have a batch that's been in the fermenter for a couple months. My wife knocked the airlock off so the beer was slightly open to air for a few hours. I'm guessing this isn't a big deal, but just wanted to check. Thanks!
