    Don't worry about that too much. Did you follow the instructions and is your volume in the fermenter where you want it to be? If so, you'll be very close to your ABV target. let us know how the beer tastes when it's done!

    That will work ok as long as you are careful with any holes you cut. If you have the space, try craigslist for a chest freezer. For my kegerator, I got a nice sized chest freeze that works just fine for about $40. cant beat that!
