The first taste was really good. The beer finished a bit lower than I expected at 1.009 (estimated 1.016). So it will likely be a bit drier than Pig's Ear. I also noticed the roasted grains really coming through on the backend, so maybe I would scale those back a tiny bit next time. I'm carbing...
