Looking at buying an inline GFCI (lazy and don't want to mess around with a spa panel) and being a noob to electric I was expecting it to be plugged into the system between my panel and the dryer outlet.
Looks like most inline GFCI's have NEMA 5-30P plugs.

Shopping for a element. Originally I thought 5500W would be best, but I only have a 10g kettle.
Should I just go a 4500W instead? Thanks for any help. Speed of getting to temp is important to me, but I don't want to scorch anything.
