I work part-time at a local hardware store, and we sell 30qt turkey fryers. Big stock pot, burner, everything included, and I was thinking of using this for a wort boiler. I've seen alot of stainless steel set-ups, but this turkey fryer pot is aluminum. Does this affect taste, head retention at...
