I have a bucket of Coopers Ale that I totally forgot about in my garage. It's been almost a year. Should I dump it? Try to bottle and carb? Is it worth messing with? Will it still be drinkable? Thanks for any help you can lend.

Hi there, I've been making beer using coopers extracts. I left my most recent batch in the bucket for about a month now (not by design) just was busy. Am I ok to bottle carb it still or would I be better off kegging and force carbing or does it matter at all? Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. I put on a new o-ring and the results are unchanged. It still leaks quite a bit. I'm guessing the post/poppet needs to be replaced. If that's the case, can you give me some thoughts as to how I should go about fixing it (the keg is full with carbed apfelwien)...
