    Priming sugar amount?

    Ok...so I guess I'm going to try and recap in a few days. Has anybody had success with this? What precautions should I consider? Seems a little sketchy but I guess I'll suit up and give it a try.

    So I added 5oz of priming sugar to my bottling bucket and didn't account for the trub waste. I only got about 3.75 gallons (40 12oz bottles) out of my fermenter when I was planning on 5 gallons. I went ahead and bottled. Is that too much sugar for 3.75 gal? Worried about overcarbing and or...

    Same batch fermentation descrepency

    Brewed my first 10 gallon extract batch (pale ale) and transfered into two different 5gal carboy's from my keggle after boil. One has an airlock and the other has a blowoff.     Keggel thermometer off...

    using my keggle for the first time and it seems the thermostat is off. thermostat is at the 4 gallon mark reading 114 degrees, I have a floating thermostat that is reading a 105 degrees. Do I need to calibrate? Why such the large difference? Thanks

    First All Grain Batch Issues...Help

    Brewed my first all grain batch today. All went pretty smoothly other than the fact that I ended up with just under 9 gallons of 11.5 after my mash and sparge. I mashed at 152 degrees with 5 gallons and sparged with 6.5 of 168 degrees. I was hoping for more around 7 to reach a 5 gallon batch...
