    1 am starting a one gallon hefe weizen today but the recipe says boil for 60 minutes with no real temp. My last batch of 5 gallon was very specific on temp. Is it ok because it's a wheat brew instead of grain or is the recipe is sing instructions. I got ut off of the northern brewer website...

    I got the recipe for a 1 gallon hefe weizen off of northern brewer and want to start it today. One question on boiling...it says boil for 60 minutes but doesn't have a temp range like my Belgium triple did. Do I just keep it at a rolling boil and if so why the difference. Sent from my...

    No more bubbles
