Thanks for the feedback, after researching it more, I realize where I was wrong. I was confused by the potential ABV reading on the hydrometer. Rookie mistake, with many more to come I'm sure
OK, in my first batch of berry based wine. The recipe called for a OG of 1.050. I attained this. After 7 days in the primary, the SG has dropped to .995. I went ahead and racked it into the secondary, but this seems really low to me. Thoughts?
