    Good starter for Belgian Tripel

Looking for a good starter batch for a clone of New Belgium Tripel. I'm not the belgian beer type, don't like the fruity stuff so I was hoping someone could point me at a good recipe to build up for the 8% belgian. Thanks :mug::mug:

Was in mine a couple days ago(managed to tweak my ankle  ) but noticed that they have 52 quart AL pots for $51 and a 52 qt SS for $99. Is a 13 gallon pot big enough to do 10 gallon batches or am I better off building a keggle. Thanks

    So I messed up

So I brewed a BIG beer, and it was my first brew in awhile. At 3 days in there is almost no activity, there was a little bit the next morning and it was going good day2, but almost none now. In hindsight I should have double pitched or made a starter but I didn't. Should I make a starter and add...

    First AG BIAB

Welp, did my first all grain yesterday as a BIAB and things went...... well. Ended up with a little less wort then I wanted, think partially from using loose hops as opposed to pellets but that's ok. One of my wife's friends happened by and was quite stoked to see how to brew. I told him not to...

    Oxyclean Vs Aluminum (sorry)

Ok, So I did a bunch of searching and it seems every post about this turns to Oxyclean vs SS. Taht's not my problem. My problem is an inherited Turkey Fryer that smells like grease. Can I Oxyclean it overnight or is there a better way? As much as I love fried chicken I don't want to brew...

    Rescue operation

ok, so it would seem my old man brewed some mead about ~3 years ago that he never racked to a secondary. I thieved some out and it seems fine but i'm curious as to the best course of action. I was thinking either a)rack it to a keg and just let it sit for awhile b)rack to 2nd and repitch it...

    Conical help

Hi guys, I bought 2 15 gal tanks from US plastics and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the fittings I need. I'm not sure what I need for making the dump valve and a side "sampler" mainly the part that actually passes through the tank and is in contact with the fermenting wort...
