    I brewed a dopplebock clone using ale yeast about 5 months ago. My wife had a baby ( six weeks preemie), and it has been in the secondary for close to 4 months . is it worth bottling?It smells ok a little on the syrupy side and nothing is growing in it, Not sure if I should just scrao it...
