    Too much fining agent.

    Hey everyone. I use a liquid fining agent that calls to be used for 5 gallons. I am only doing a 1 gallon experiment. I didnt use all of the agent but I didn't by any means use the correct amount. Is it a bad thing if I used too much fining agent? Thanks!

    Fermenter Temperature

    Hey Everyone, I had my brew in primary for about 12hours right now and the fermenter is about 5-6 degrees warmer than the recipe calls for. Should I leave it be, or is it ok to try and put ice pack around to bring the temp down? Thanks!

    Trouble cleaning bucket lid.

    Hey everyone, I am having trouble with some annoying little creveouses in my ferementer lid. There seems to be some mold/dirt in them and I cant reach them to clean it properly. I soaked the lid in a dilluted bleach solution, would that be enough to kill any mold spore if there are any? Thanks...
