    White layer on wort.

    Hey all, I recently made a clone of Surly Coffee Bender. After adding coffee beans to the fermenter (which I thought I sanitized well) this white layer appeared. Can anyone tell me what it is? And if it is bad idea to bottle this beer? Thanks in advance for the advice! -Bogan
