Just re-brewed this, i will definitely say that the carafa and chocolate malt should be halved when using this. I was aiming more towards the IPA aspect of it, and given 2 weeks conditioning the hop aroma and bitterness are completely overpowered by the intese carafa and chocolate. Regardless...

Brewed this 2 months ago, Goddam best beer i've brewed thus far. 5 gallons lasted a damn long time. Love this so much im going back at it this sunday, made a starter this morning. Thanks for the recipe, I am in love with this beer as an IPA.

Today`s brew day. Im mid boil, using 2.5oz of Centennial on a 2 Gal. converted recipe. Used Crystal 60 instead of 20. Im excited to brew my own version of this expensive ass brew!:fro: Also: OG is off, added 1/2lb of DME to bring it up to 1.070
