    I only had the problem when I first made this. The most likely cculprit is that the syrups was too thick and didn't mix properly. Shat the **** out of that keg.

    Umm I have made this several time and it's good! As you see above this time in 2 weeks the yeast went ape ****.... I got a feeling 3cans to back sweeten might not. E enough this time.

    See what happens I made it 24hrs early per the new layout lol. I heated the syrup up and got it all on the keg... Didn't realize that I filled the keg 100% up oops it's on c02now will try some tomorrow while doing yard work

    You need to add some grains to add the reddish color. You really should look up Raging Irish red! For what you have would prob make more of a American ale.... Maybe... Brownish no red

    Both are steal sealed but I don't have a mill so have them crushed before they were sent to me but have been in a sealed air tight container... Hints why I forgot about them until I went to use that bucket to fill with snow water to chill today

    Ok so I found some grains today that were crushed and sealed 3/19/2014.... It's only a total of two pounds of specialty grains but are they still good? They are still sealed never opened
