    infected wort?

So the first transfer I have done since this pic seems to have a better smell to it, of course I may just be deluding myself. infected wort?

I have been thinking that the source of my infection may be coming from my ball valves. Has anyone had any luck ridding themselves of this type of contamination? I should be able to just boil away the ugly but you never know.....

    infected wort?

Tastes fine. I know I have a bit of moisture in the basement and have seen this stuff before. No off flavors at all and I don't sweat it all that much since this batch of 30g will be lucky to see 2.5 months from boil.

    infected wort?

New mash tun manifold: where to solder?

You could just take a punch and put a ding on each joint as well. That's what I did with mine after a manifold malfunction and haven't had a problem since.

I am coming from out of Mason, NH and can grab your stuff for you if you like. Granted I am not that close to you but I am a good deal closer than the pickup spot.

Sept 2013 New England Grain Buy

Being that I'm a new monkey to the forums here and group buys as well, how often does this get done? I tend to brew frequently and go through a lot of grain, so I want to make sure I can get a decent amount to hold me over.
