    When is it clear

    Just recently racked a batch of Rasberry Pinot Noir and added ingredients and flavor pack on 12/31/13 and I have been checking it and I can not tell if it has started to clear. When is red wine done clearing, it is so dark I can not tell !! Any Help ??

    Confused on moving

    I started another batch on 11/20 and my starting SG was 1.095 (instructions note to make around 1.050, and on day 5 check SG and if it is around 1.020 rack to secondary.     Stuck Batch ??

    Started a white tropical resiling from cornucopia on 10/28 ( SG 1.080 )racked to carboy on 11/17 (SG 1.006) and on 11/21 (SG 1.000 ) there is some foam on top (not alot though ) checked on 11/25 (SG 1.000 ) Is this batch stuck or do I just need some more time ?

    Sediment

    I recently bottled my first batch of Island Mist and noticed at the end the last two bottles have some sediment from carboy . Anybody have any suggestions as to what to use (cheesecloth or ???) to filter these two bottles. Thanks for any help.
