When I was in Nepal this spring I had some local rice beer called Chhaang or Chang. Delicious! they said it was related to Korean rice beer.it was white cloudy and yeasty and more like beer than wine. Anyone made or heard of this? Looks like close to the original rice wine thread but not exactly.

So I have 15L of pale ale finishing primary fermentation soon and wanted to cold crash it. Problem is that outside temps have dropped to about 14 degree F, so could leave it out fur more than a half day. Would that even help? Last batch I cold crash in bottles outside in 24F weather and they did...
