Thanks for the info. I ordered one from Ball and Keg. At least the jacket part and the lid from my Brewjacket will still get use. I just need to get a cooler I can modify to keep the ice water cold enough, long enough so I don’t have to replenish the ice containers constantly.

Has anyone had their Brewjacket pro just stop holding it's temp and not cooling anymore? Fortunately this happened at the end of my layering for my Helles. Not sure what else to do.

I think it all depends on if you have a LHBS and how fresh the liquid yeasts are. I have started to use the dry yeasts more since our local shop closed and the only options are a 3 hour drive each way or to rely on the mail. Definitely invest in temperate control early if you plan on sticking...

I have been using my Rigid cordless drill which has plenty of torque to drive my MM3. It seems to do the trick.

ZeMadMonkey - My Zombie Dust clone is very refreshing. Very little bitterness to it at all. Easily one of my favorite brews I have made in my short two years of brewing all grain. This will undoubtedly be the keg that kicks first over my Dunkelweizen made decoction mash style.
