    Adding dry hops. Carbd.

    Beer is in the keg inside keezer and has been on gas for 2 weeks. I just found some cascade in the refrigerator that I forgot to add for dry hopping this recipe. Is it too late for the full flavor of the hops to come out due to the low temp, or the beer being carbonated?

    Storing mixed StarSan in plastic.

    I mixed up a 1/2 oz of starsan in 2-1/2 gallons of distilled water. This will be stored long term In plastic spray bottles for sanitizing small parts. Will storing this in plastic have any effect on the solution or would glass be a better choice? :mug:

    when pitching yeast from a flask

    Can you just pour the starter right out of the flask or do you need to sanitize the inside of the flask above where the liquid sits? Seems like a lot of build up from the boil gets caked on the sides.

    PBW turned blue?

    I ran some (properly mixed) pbw through a plate chiller and I let it sit inside for about two days. When the cleaner came out of the chiller it was blue. Also, the chiller was recently put in the oven for a good cleaning, but it was rinsed thoroughly after it cooled. any ideas? :mug:
