    Is mu lager done fermating?

    Hey im making my first lager, and dont know if Its done fermenting. Its over 3 weeks at 50f now and Its on 1010 today, bur there is still activités in the air lock? But the CO2 lever is High, i Can see that ind my samples, is it time for cold lager? I cant taste any diacetyl atm. Eighter... I

    help no activity in my oktoberfest lager - bit to old yeast

    Hey, just did make an 5 gallons oktoberfest brew, with wyeast 2366 oktoberfest smartpack yeast, but it was one-two mounts over due date, didten think it has much to say becurse it was store in the fridge. But now im at the 48' houre and still no activitey at all! I see now in verius forums...
