    Non-American Beers to Try

I feel that I have a firm grasp on the American styles of beer but am interested in German, English, etc. Any recommendation? Although I have a couple of nice beer shops around with a large selection, what kind of "wordly" beers can usually be found? Any suggestions?

    Name Your Favorite Overhopped IPA

These are the posts that I wish I never saw because I cannot stop reading them! First, I must admit that I have a hop addiction...with that said my favorites would be: DFH 90. Founders Devil Dancer Triple IPA, Bell's HopSlam, Bell's Two Hearted, and Stone's Ruination IPA. Now I am going to...

    Founders Kentucky Bourbon Stout

A four pack for $10? They are at least $5.00 for a single. Devil dancer and hopslam are both great too. I was very surprised at how balanced the Devil Dancer was, what an awesome beer.

    Dry hop in primary?

My LHBS told me to dry hop in the last 3 days or so of primary fermentation. They told me the activity in the beer would absorb more aroma. Note the last three days though, fermentation should be slowed down so the CO2 doesn't take much of the aroma away.

    Brewers Best Kits

I just bottled the BB IPA. I decided to dry hop it. Of course I had to try a little bit of it, I could not believe how good a warm, non-carbonated beer could be!

    Cold Crashing Secondary before racking..

Would it be correct to not do this if you wanted to bottle? I am guessing not because there would not be enough yeast to carbonate..?

    Dryhoping, Ready to be bottled

I have a quick question. My dry hopped IPA has been in the secondary for close to three weeks now and is ready to be bottled. I am concerned about one thing, there are still some floaties from the hop pellets on top of the beer. I don't really want this in the bottle...is this a problem? If so...

My IPA's Krausen using Wyeast #1332

I had the same problem with my first extracat brew. I believe my problem came when I airated the wort. Airating the wort created lots of foam, but I just dumped it all into the primary. Once fermentation began the airlock filled up with krausen. For my second and third brews I have airated my...
