    Cone on the 530 will gladly give you over 80% with this kind of recipe, my second batch I will start with a OG of 1085 then I will end up @ 10,5 alc @ the end. For all of you who dont get over 80% don, t trust pitch calculators

    well had another bottle of my brew3 ( brewed @ 04-23-2016 ) and it's a amasing beer best one I ever brewed, mine will enter competition may 2017 when it's 12 monts old:D Will brew another batch end 2016

    With wpl530 or wyeast3787 you need at least 50% off headspace in the first week, or use blowoff ( with the risk off loossing too mucht yeast for good fermentation )

    Well too keep you all updated, I brewed the 12 recipe as a 8 ( OG1068 ) finished @ 1011 now 2 weeks into the bottle Had a first try today and it's absolutly superb, now I know my 12 will last 12 months before the next taste I have 11 gallons off the 8 to drink first:ban:
