    star san question

    I am using Star San to sanitize my equip. I am using .5oz with 2.5 gal of water then pouring some into my bottles (using my bottling bucket), shaking, then pouring them out. This is leaving lots of bubbles in the bottom of the bottles even after they sat overnight. Am i doing something wrong...
