Hey folks,

New to the site, new to brewing. So far I've brewed 2 batches of beer, both have turned out AMAZING! Looking to learn more about EVERYTHING! located in the Nashville area and pleased to say we have a great local brew store called All Seasons. The guys there are extremly helpful!

The search function is your friend, and normally, your question has been asked and answered many a time. This isn't to say that posting new threads is discouraged or anything, just that you can save yourself some time by searching first.

I'm in Franklin, i was in Hendersonville up until this past August. (originally from Memphis)

Well i've done countless batches using Mr. Beer but i have stepped up to a True Brew Kit which is much nicer esp since i can do 5 gal batches now

My first batch with the new kit was: Brewers Best Oktoberfest
Right now fermenting i have BrewFerm's Diabolo Strong Gold Ale

You'll definitely enjoy that one then. I read it cover to cover several times when I first got started.

I started with the free online version, but eventually bought a printed copy of the most recent edition. I still go back to in now and then.
