    Dumb question...where does the two way manifold go?

    OK...I know this a pretty dumb question...but I'm not sure of the answer. I have a one keg set up now....I KNOW I'm going to want to add a second keg soon, but using my single CO2 tank...where would the manifold go in relation to the system...in between the regulator and kegs? Thanks. Greg

    Who pours the whole bottle???

    OK...I know there a little sediment at the bottom of every bottle...I usually try not to pour it all into my glass, but on occasion I've poured up every drop into the glass, not paying attention...but...really don't notice that big of a difference in taste. Maybe clouds the beer a little...

    I know this is probably a very tired question, but can someone point me to the best source/deal for a simple kegging setup...I want to be able to have use of two kegs (although I'll probably only get one to begin)...I need a kit that has everything I need...will be keeping it in the garage...

    Top Up Water

    I do my boil with 3 1/2 gallons, then add 2 gallons of purified water (or however much it takes to reach 5 gal total) to the fermenter after cool down. I actually keep those gallons in the fridge to help with lowering the temp. Has worked fine for me. GT

    "aroma" in my fermenting bucket...
