what are you sterlizing your bottles with , are your bottles clean inside no gunk or crud , do u rinse your bottle out right after you pour ? sounds like infection to me

sounds like pin lock keg converted to ball locks, u might be able to get a new lid with the proper pressure relief , my keg was a pin lock that i converted to ball locks but it had a manual pressure relief , first time i ever saw that

u could use a compressor but if you get oil in your beer lines bad news , you need a couple of oil sepperators , i think i would use the hand pumped spray bottle
