Been in primary since 2/21. Should I secondary, bottle or just leave it alone? If I leave it, how long? It was at .997 two weeks ago. Followed recipe exactly. Thanks! G.

Thanks! I was wondering this same question. I brewed my Apfelwein on 2/21/13. I planned on bottling around 4/15/13, is that ok or should i leave it longer??? I am wanting to get a Skeeter Pee batch started ASAP. Should I just make a starter for Pee and leave the Apfelwein be?? Sorry for all the...

After I thought about it, I figured it would be silly considering how cheep yeast is. But people do use it to make Skeeter Pee, right?

I have a question. When this batch is done can I just dump more juice and sugar on top of the yeast cake or is it better to re-pitch with new yeast? Cheers! G.

It's pretty easy to find on tap here in Winston Salem for about a month after the release. I still may go down and try to get a couple bombers to trade. Haven't really made up my mind yet :/ I guess that is the good thing about living 10 minutes from the brewery! :mug:
