Enjoying a few, ha ha ha, glasses of my BH American Premium Lager, and a few bottles of Sleeman Draught. :) Oh boy, and I have to work tomorrow. :P

Looks good, and looks like alot of fun. :) Good luck with your new venture. Maybe one day I'll be able to do something like that myself. :)

    Few questions

I found this on here some time ago and use it for carbonating my kegs. No issues so far and seems to work very well. Hope this helps. 1. After the fermentation process is complete, clean and sanitize you corny keg. 2. Siphon the fermented wort into your Cornelius keg and install the cap...

    Greetings from Alberta!

So, been a bit since my last update... Strawberry-Kiwi wine is finished, turned out great. Canadian Blonde Lager is done, turned out great. Oktoberfest Lager is done, turned out good except for carbonation, so have it carbonating in my keg now. American Premium Lager is kegged, carbonated...

    Carbonating

It is a little easier to carry, but mainly the principal as a corny keg. Just clear and brown as opposed to dark and metal. :) And it fits on the shelf of my fridge.

    Carbonating

So my wife and I decided to make a Strawberry-Kiwi wine, but only 8 liters of it... However, she has now decided that she wants it 'sparkling'. My question is: I have a Tap-A-Draft system, and a 2.5 Gallon keg that will be free for this procedure. Is it possible to force carbonate using...

Beer Law: "While Brewing, Drink Beer"

I have a 'couple' of my home brews when I am Brewing, racking, bottling, or even drinking my home brews. :) I find that enjoying one of mine while I am brewing can sometimes cause me to wonder how I can possibly improve my next batch.

    Building a Fermentation Fridge

You will have to forgive me, but a little inebriated by about 4.0 liters of American Classic Light at the moment. Yum Yum Yum Yum!! :)

    Building a Fermentation Fridge

Forgive the ignorance, but what do you mean by 'coil project'?

    Building a Fermentation Fridge

So, I have decided to make a fermenting fridge. Already ordered a controller for the temperature, and the fridge will do the cooling of course, but have the problem of heating... I want to try an Oil pan Heater for a small truck. My intention is to mount the heater to a piece of steel plate...

    Greetings from Alberta!

Well, Racked my American Premium Last Night, and bottled my Canadian Blonde and Oktoberfest this morning. :) Also made labels for everything. Kills a bit of time I guess.

    Noob Question

So I am brewing an Oktoberfest Lager for the first time... Have never brewed it, nor tried it, so being a bit of a risk-taker I guess. :) Anyway, I have always been able to use a flashlight to check out the trub and general clearness of the beer until this... TOO DARK!! :) Can someone tell...

Hey just an old brewer that fell off the horse

Beer looks delicious. :) Welcome back to the obsession. :P I'm brewing my first Oktoberfest that should be ready to bottle in about a week now. Looking forward to trying it. Never tried this dark of a Lager (Brewing or tasting) before this one. Just trying to broaden my palate. :)

    My first day here

Best resource I have been given so far, in my opinion, is How To Brew - John Palmer. It can be found online as a website book that is free, or you can order a printed one from Amazon.

    Greetings from Alberta!

Well, I obtained an older full size fridge that I am going to turn in to a fermenting fridge, just have to wait for my controller to arrive from China now before I can move further with the project. Will take and post pics soon. :)

    Hello From Southwest Florida

Hey there. :) I'm new here as well. Noticed it is a very busy site, and I didn't get much for replies either at first. Think us newbies kinds fall in the cracks the first little bit. :P Anyway, welcome!
