    First Beer - IPA

    I bought a Bobblehead 60 IPA kit from the local brew store and mixed it up on Saturday afternoon. I did not get a Trud? like stated in the book. Put it in the fermintater and today it is bubbling nicley with a nice foam layer on it. Do I need to worry about about the Trud? Thanks

    I corked the straight Honey and Black Berry mead. not knowing what to expect the straight mead is bland, very little tast and on the dry side. the Black Berry is better but still a little bland.

    New to Mead brewing

    2 weeks after racking the mead has pretty much stopped bubbling. It bubbled a lot after racking and was wondering if that it normal or could something be wrong?
