    Newb kegging question

Also, if you are keeping your C02 bottle in your kegerator, the pressure will go down significantly and appear like the bottle has lost gas. If you warm it up again, it will come back up to pressure. I'd watch the pressure for a few days and see if it changes.

Valves and connections for propane on single tier

I didn't like the "light-switch" option either so I took some ideas from the Electric Brewery website and built this junction box. It was pretty easy to put together. Here's the list of materials and where you can get them online. 6x6x4 PVC Junction Box...

    4 Popular Brew Kettles Compared

I have 3 Blichmann 10 gallon kettles and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The mash tun false bottom works really well. I've brewed 40 all-grain batches and have never had a stuck sparge. The sight glasses are really easy to clean, the weldless fittings are great. Everything...

How long are your beer lines? I have foamy beer!

I have an 8 tap setup. I made all my beer lines 6' long and run at 10 to 12 psi until the beer is fully carbonated. Then I back down to 5 or 6 psi. I keep the kegerator at 35 degrees and I get nice pours with this setup. Here's a video of my build if you are interested.

I agree with Chrisl77. I have the exact same regulator and 3 banjo burners with needle valves on each. They work great.

Valves and connections for propane on single tier

I just finished my single tier build and went through the exact same steps. I ended up using stainless steel pipe rather than black iron. My old setup rusted like crazy. I also went with Apollo brass ball valves and put needle values after those for fine control. I have a 30 psi setup too. I...

    Check your Brewhaulers!

I have six glass carboys and six brew haulers. Been using them for a year and never had a problem. I move my full carboys across carpet and tile to my fermenting closet off our bedroom. I'm pretty sure that if I dropped a full carboy in the house my wife would not be too happy. The milk crate...
