    Cerveza kit has been treated like a steam beer with appropriate yeast and temps, now at 10 days in primary. Snuck a taste and it could really use livening up - makes sense seeing as the style calls for 20+IBU which my cerveza will not have and some hoppy flavour which it definitely does not...

    Help with NZ IPA hop bill

    I've run the numbers through beersmith... Adjusted to 1/2lb crystal malt. Current hop schedule is 1oz Motueka and 1oz NZ Cascade at 60, 15, 10, 5 and 0 minutes each. Any ideas on tweaking that hop schedule? Not sure how it would end up really so I guess it pays to ask.
