    Brutus Sparge Arm Mounting

    Anybody out there know how Lonnie mounted his sparge arm in the lid so clean? I watched the video's and there is nothing up top showing anything. I am wondering if he tack welded it at the bottom or something.

    Does Beersmith correct fluid volume for the temperature it is at? For example if it says 14 quarts of water at 165ºF is that corrected for that temperature? Just a question from my tired brain.

    Changing Coolers and Efficiency

    cast fittings?

    is there any reason not to use cast fittings for welding to a keggle? they are 150# cast 316 ss...cheaper than the 3000# forged ss fittings.

    does anybody out there control the fermentation temperatures of there wine? it seems so important for beer and since i have the ability to do it why not for wine too. it seems like people favor a slightly higher temp for reds and a lower one for whites...lower temperatures/cleaner flavor...
