    Stainless Steel

Gotta love stainless steel. Think I'm gonna do my whole house in it. Shout out to John at Stout Tanks and Kettles. Great place to do business with. Products are first rate.

    March Pump Housing

Not so far but I'm in central NY so it's been cold. I was thinking about venting it.

    March Pump Housing

I love this pump. I still don't get people having trouble priming them. Primes itself. Thanks for the compliment!

    Stout Conical Fermenter

10.6 gallon Stout conical is here and it is first rate. Welds are smooth and polished and not a ding or scratch on it. Costumer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend doing business with John at Stout and will buy from him for any future equipment.

    Stout Conical Fermenter

Ordered the Stout 10.6 gallon conical after months of researching online. Haven't received it yet but do believe its the best buy out there on conical fermenters. I've had several e-mails with John and have to say his customer service is first rate. I'll post again when I pick it up. I believe...

    Stout Conical Fermenter

Any thoughts on these? Read some descent reviews and the cost is at least half of Blichmann, Brewhemoth. Anyone here use one?

    Stout Conical Fermenters

I know Brewhemoth, like Blichmann, are quality conicals but the question stands. Cost, Stout at half the price. Whats real difference is there?

    Stout Conical Fermenters

Reading some pretty good reviews for these fermenters. Really want to buy American made but for half of what a Blichman costs. What's the thoughts here?

    Conical fermenter

Thanks Phunhog. One thing though if ya don't mind. How exactly do use the kegs. I work for a beer distributor and can get a great cost on these. I just don't get the process.

    Very new...

Starter kit for sure and also buy the book Joy of home brewing by Charlie P. Best investment you'll make.

    Conical fermenter

Appreciate the info guys. Still gonna do a lot of research on it like I always do. Still torn on cost, plastic vs ss. From what I've read here and online there is no difference in the end result.

    Conical fermenter

I like the idea of using a keg but a little confused. Are you still able to collect the trube and use it as a primary and secondary fermenter?

So what's the real deal plastic vs stainless steel? I know the steel will hold up better and is easier to clean/ sanitize. Big difference in cost though. For home brewing what's your guys thoughts. I don't mind spending the cash on steel but is it really worth it? Looking to get 10 gal or better

March 809 pump center intake model.

Just tested out my new pump. This thing is great! I've read some people have problems priming it. This thing practically primed itself. Pushed 5 gallons in about a minute. Highly recommend this pump.

    Transfer pump

Looking for a pump to transfer water from my brew pot to hot liquor tank only. Anything available at the local hardware store for this or has March cornered the market?
