    My only issue with the bags is they seem to really reduce utilization for me in the boil. Maybe they're not as bad when dry-hopping. Though, for all I know, herb balls have the same issue. ;)

    One of my favorite to dry hop with is Falconer's Flight. As I understand, it's a blend of Citra, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace and others. It has very nice aromatic qualities.

    WLP820 - Should I avoid?

    Finally got around to brewing the batch with WLP820. As recommended, I used a larger-than-normal starter and it still took a few days to show active signs of fermentation, but it seems to be chugging away now (slowly, but steadily).

    I guess this is another case of "ask 10 different brewers and you'll get 10 different answers." ;) I've read 1 week for every 10 gravity points, but take that with a grain of salt because I've only lagered one beer so far.
