    I like it. Nice and simple but I do have a question. Are you figuring the Calcium Chloride to be 100%? The reason I ask is I have diluted my CaCl to be 13% to be easier to measure and dispense and will need to alter the amount to compensate. Thanks for the work on this.

    I have mine setting in a tub. I bought 2 cheap metal covered grates (I think they were actually sold as metal shelving). slide the metal shelves up to the tube and secure with a couple of spring clamps. The kegs, etc set over the tube from the pump and sit nicely on the shelving. No tipping problem.

    Are you using a refractometer to get the FG reading? If so, you need to adjust the reading to take the alcohol into consideration.

    Thank you for the response. I have my PicoBrew on order and was hoping the lid on the Pico paks could be opened and other ingredients added. I will post my experience with the Pico Brew system, hopefully in the next few weeks.

    This is a very long thread so if this question has been answered, please excuse me for not being able to find the answer. Can you add adjuncts to the picopaks once you receive it? Like coriander and orange peel, etc.?
