    when to stir and when not to stir

    Im about to start brewing my second batch of beer and im confused as to when it is ok to stir and when it isnt. After I add the LME is it ok to stir every so often to prevent it from burning on the bottom?

    wort chiller

    Ok so ive been looking at wort chillers and was thinking they seem pretty easy to make. All you need is some copper tubing, coil it, then attach plastic tubing to either side, one for in and one for out. Am i over simplifying it?
