Short sharpie... A lot of recipes on here use cans of apple juice concentrate (that I can't get anywhere unless it has potassium sorbate). I have resorted to reducing my own but don't know the volume of a standard can of AJC. Cheers!

Down here in Western Australia, finding apple juice concentrate was proving difficult. I managed to find some and order a few bottles and found they contain potassium sorbate. I was going to use the concentrate to prime and backsweeten. If I was to bulk prime with a sugar or dextrose and let...
