    High OG bottles not carbonating after 2 months

    I opened a bottle of this yesterday and it was finally carbonated. It was actually over carbed. Tastes great though. It has lost some of the hoppiness from the age but it is great. I recommend this beer to anyone who preferres coffee flavored black ipa's

    Why u no carb beer????

    Berg, You could always reverse the line you add your CO2 into. Add the CO2 to your out (diptube) line after you pull your sample to clear the beer from that line if you need to adjust your CO2. This will prevent your leftover sample from before from being in your new sample
